LITTLE STORY OF DAMIAN

Damian was funded in 1990 by Paolo and Angelo Borra with Michele Lombardini.  The Borra's, whose family business included a vending operating companies, had grown progressively unsatisfied with the limited range of Italian manufacturers available to deliver professional vending equipment for snacks or pastries. This list of manufacturers actually, since the Seventies, was basically drawn down to one only name, a company focused on FIFO snacks and sandwiches "drum" vending-machines. That discontent brought rapidly mr. Borra to the idea of building a machine to help his own operating company as well as his other fellow friends involved in operating to vend a range of food products and snacks alongside more traditionally available coffee-drinks. In any years Damian has evolved from a dreamer's dream to an international company with sales mostly exported in the EC and in various zone of the world. Recently part of the rheavendors group of companies, Damian has proudly maintained its total independence, its origins, trademark and is run by one of the founder, Paolo Borra.
